It was mentioned 500m walking distance from the lrt but upon checking Google map, it seem like require about 10min drive from Alam Sutera Lrt...walking could take abt 50min?

Can't tell on that. As looking at current land value, it's just too not feasible to do it. Value also not justifiable

Anyway some buyer don't mind on that as they think it might move and some just don't bother
