This seems good! May I know any unit left? Prefer <1100sqft.

The maintenance fees 30cent per sqft is quite standard for condo...but for apartment, isnt it slightly costly? Hmm...

It was mentioned 500m walking distance from the lrt but upon checking Google map, it seem like require about 10min drive from Alam Sutera Lrt...walking could take abt 50min?

Also I read from another old post in the forum that the
Units facing North has the potential to view Proposed Cemetery & Crematorium at Ladang Bukit Jalil Estate which is just oppositeĀ Denai Sutera....is it true?

Apprecite there is someone could help me to clarify the above... ^^

Yes one of the facing (North) is view towards proposed cemetery land.

LRT is 400m away. just need 5 min walk

If u pay a visit, u will know its not really an apartment. In fact, u will be amaze on the quality finishing. Here is the link

Thanks for the reply.. I'm looking for a unit around 1000sqft...1300Sq ft too big for me and burden for maintenance fees.

Just curious the buyers has no concern on facing the cemetry land? Or the developer will do something to agaist the plan? Really a waste sad.gif

Can't tell on that. As looking at current land value, it's just too not feasible to do it. Value also not justifiable smile.gif

Anyway some buyer don't mind on that as they think it might move and some just don't bother

1000sf size really no more. Unless don't mind I propose u others for ur reference smile.gif

The new access road from The Zest towards Denai Sutera is fully operational now. Access is very convenient now. Easily going towards Sri Petaling, Sg Besi, LDP, Puchong, Sunway, Puncak Alam, Seri Kembangan etc...

It's going handover the key very soon.
