Details of the complaint : This guy has open a thread like I mention on above with cheap games, I've did some research on him to see whether he is trustable or not, so end up I don't see any successful transaction on him, but I saw that some of his item has being sold in mobile phone section, so I asked him to upload photos of the related items, he giving excuses such as phone problem, cable problem, currently at ipoh studying and so I've gave him another suggestion, so I suggest I purchase 1 game from you 1st, if I've received the item successfully, I will purchase the other 5 item and he said he wants to post everything on today and so I just give it a shot to him and today I've pmed him and asked him to pm me about the tracking code and he said ok, and I just pmed him like an hour ago, he said a lot buyer ffk from him so he didn't post it, so at 1st I said then do postage on tomorrow and then I changed my mind I said I don't want it already, I want cancel the order and then he didn't reply me and I pmed him and said I know what are you doing, please do not ignore and he reply back with I replied you adi, but I didn't received any reply regarding my refund issue and after that I pm him again with the same question nicely and after 15 minutes he offline already.

I can show the proof to you guys, but due to lazyness I think if someone requested only I upload lar, anyway even though I didn't show the proof, I have witness about this issue, I will direct them to here and I will post this 1st and if he posted the requested item to us or refund the money to us then I will just simply close off this topic, if not will try to discuss to other lyn members whether can we gather up and report to police.

kuz he's trying to sell me a hp with a very low price... so i find that very hard to believe.. n when ask for pictures, he juz said nope with a smiley face... very suspicious...

In the previous thread, he was mentioning about ps3 disc as DVD... Seems like he doesn't own any of the games or even a ps3 in the 1st place. Anyway, to TS kindly inform mod about this matter ASAP to prevent more victims falling into his scam, do us a favor post his details up on this thread as well.

i juz had pm with another victim and found out that another victim purchased another 3 same game as me, so this proof more obvious proof that he is a conman... LOL~

tribunal is some sort of a report too if im not mistaken but its almost same with police report. nvr had a problem once so im not so sure, tribunal will sent a mail to the conman's address provided must have the address first so the conman can be aware of it, not so sure about this but also their aim is at conpensating u for ur direct losses

Sorry to hear what happen. Just do the police report. The more people who do the police report and the police finds out that he is the cause of all the report then police will go on a man hunt for this guy.

Sorry late reply,dont take any item from conman are best way for tribunal take action on your case to court justice.Remember,show they u evidence.Better u report it together with another victim to make this case strong.Then u can claim/refund u lost money with the court judgment after the conman got accusation and offense.Try la pergi court,sekali sekala ambil pengalaman.Then u will know how to speak with hakim or pedakwaraya,jangan u terkencing2 or nervous bila diminta berhujah di depan hakim dan pesalah sudahlah,...:')...Anyway,sorry for my broken english.This is how to teach the conman for realize.Wish u all success.

Seller never came to defend himself, by default a 'dispute tag' should have been awarded.
