i think u need to go report at cyber crime and get the report then u can use the report and inform the bank to provide u his address details and etc

How come no 'Dispute Tag' for the Seller concerned. I am quite unsure what the rules are for 'Dispute Tag' but such a tag will definitely serve to warn other unsuspecting buyers.

Seller never came to defend himself, by default a 'dispute tag' should have been awarded.
