I cannot figure out the location. Is this freehold? I noticed the price of 600K for 1600 sf.

Heard that the 600+sf will be launched with the price at 379k (1 room) and the 1300+ sf will be around RM600+k.

This is a freehold property and will be launched anytime soon i gueesed.

The location is ok but the address is good.

Btw, FH and Low density of only 200 units at 5.5 acre land, I guess as at RM 600+ k for a 1300 sq feet only RM 380-400 psf ... I believe it is cheap price ...

Wonder how would a developer like Focal Aim willing to offer such pricing since it's O-Lot Bungalows had been a wonderful project ... albeit, too near to Federal Highway ...

This looks like the same a re-launch of a project they launch few years back, about same time as Amaya launch that never took off. Location looks like the same. You have to drive past Japanese school, Peremba square and reach a tunnel to go under NKVE to reach this place. Design looks almost the same.

360k for the 651sf unit, with RM52k rebate.

Subang Saujana is under Shah Alam. The location is greenery and just next to Glenmarie, Saujana Resort and near Ara Damansara.

If able to get up to 90% financing, it is quite tempted for own stay.

Was told up to 16% rebate. However booking require 4% and no need pay 6% upon S&P signing if 90% financing. The balance 10% will be rebate after completion. It can be use for renovation.

RM 454 per sq ft for 1372 sq ft unit after 16% rebate.

What you guys say?

sounds like a good buy to me. im still contemplating hard. dodgy developer or no? what really attracts me pretty much is the location and the price. good for ownstay or investment as well. any more comments?

Should be around 500psf if 325k for a 650sft unit. Monday I'll head over to get more info. Launching on June, but 1br units are almost sold out... Hmmm

500 psf is cheap if you consider that across the road, new development in ara damansara is asking for rm700psf.
