take another one and sleep. find ice cube and put in a towel and wrap it and put on your hand. sleep.anyway u shud take another dose of pain killer. it shud be fine.4 hours already and u didnt take on usual basis like menses evry month.only on this ocassion.your liver kidney stomach and all organ shud be fine. *patpat* tomolow go see doctor kayh if pain worsen
