Hi, I am looking for a used Galaxy S at the moment.
Some of the sellers don't know whether it's still under warranty or not.

How can I check if it's still under warranty?
When they bought the phone, they're supposed to register online right?
That is the warranty right.
And on top of that, there is also warranty from the phone shop.
For that we need the receipt.

But for the Samsung warranty, how can I check myself or ask the seller to check?

But the question is in regards to a used set that I want to buy.
I can't bring it to Samsung unless I already bought the phone.
Obviously I am not going to buy it before knowing the status.

Just get the phone IMEI and SMS to check.
PC [IMEI Number] to 62002 (DiGi / Maxis)
PC [IMEI Number] to 33802 (Celcom)

For HTC, get the IMEI and email HTC to check.
