hmm quite weird i even dl video using the save me video n note wif out prob unless the internet itself.. ever try factory reset?? haha make sure do backup ya 
the all the download file will be at the sdcard/xScope/downloads ... er u on which firmware? i on NEAK kernel i sudennly reboot once n its once in a blue moon.. not sure.. can ask other sifu here
