I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place if I'm wrong please show the way to the right place

Well i had been thinking of getting myself a multibay enclosure for my external hard disks.
i had 4 hard disk with only 1 usable enclosure.I wanna put them in one multibay enclosure but the price for one
is a serious turn off.What i notice is the multibay enclosure on the market came with feature that i wont use and i think those feature came with a price.

so i had been thinking maybe i can make one but the problem is I don't know what part(the circuit board) i should get.

i had been searching on the internet for one project that i could model after but i can't find any (or maybe i just looking at the wrong place)

so i was hoping that you lot could point me to the right place or better yet tell me how i should do it.
