My speaker is Logitech z5500. It come with a remote control. So I only use the remote instead of turn on from the center.

I bought this table 3 years ago. Its a second hand wood table. but this table is solid pine wood I think. very heavy.
Sorry guys Acutally I am in australia now. But I am malaysian. The dimension for the original desk is 1800mm(L) x 900mm(D) x 700mm(H)
Due to my new study room is quite small and I need to share with my gf, I have to cut off the another 200mm deep on the desk.
I just bought jig saw, drill to do it.
And the drawer is about 180mm (high *the high inside the big hole) and about 450mm (deep * from the flip cover to inside.) Hope you understand

glass top is 1800mm x 700mm x 6mm cost me $250 AUD

You won't see the cable as if you view from top you can't see any extra cable.
and you won't open the cover often. I think should be fine. same like if u do in casing. you will hide all the cable in the place you can't see from the side panel.
The top of the desk is the side panel of my case. As long as nobody can see the cable it is fine.

It is not hot because the air flow is very good. if you look carefully under my monitor there are 3 fan blow the air out through radiator. and there are 3 holes for cable pass to outside like monitor and power adapter. and at the front have 1 fan to intake cold air into the cpu. and heat only go up not down. before i put a fan in front, I can feel the heat at the glass. but now the glass is very cold. So I am sure the CPU is very cold.
