Forumer you are complaining against: lhongwuh

Item being sold/bought: BB Torch 9810

Original thread link: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2275033&hl=

Date of transaction: 1 April 2012

Details of the complaint : Chat in pm with lhongwuh and decide to buy his 9810 torch. I confirm to buy and agreed to pay a deposit of RM100 to his maybank account (Maybank 112400058049 HONG LOH WUH). 1 minute later, my gf call and tell me that she just bought my dream phone, torch 9810 and will be given to me on Wednesday. So, I call and tell him to refund my money. He said that "There is no refund policy on my side for any sort of cancellation. I would suggest you to exchange it with other purchases instead. "But I could not read in his thread about his refund policy. I ask for refund at least Rm80 instead of RM100 to cover his loss. Until now, he didnt refund. I have my right to cancel order. Sorry lhongwuh, please refund my deposit and i will close this thread.
This is printscreen of his thread, no refund policy etc is written.
