In a sense, you should know how does a deposit works right?

All deposit shall be non-refundable by default, if not, why bother taking deposit at all?

It just like I said I wanted to buy 1000 iPhones, and I deposit RM10k to him.

Then once he ordered all the phones, I opted out and asking for refund. Who is at the loss here?

Still, it depends on the seller jurisdiction. I hope both of you can come out with a win-win solution here.

Sorry, I don't do that, if you was at wrong, you are wrong. I'll only tolerate if you doesn't have 'attitude' problem, which I think is pretty obvious to everyone now.

Let me put it this way.

Why bother paying him deposit at first? Because you have no idea what deposit is and ppl ask for money and u just pay for it?

I don't know this is customer stupidity, or just simply being ignorant
