QUOTE(ezmeer94 @ Dec 1 2012, 08:21 PM) I see u should do soundproof hehe cause it will increase your mid bass a lot the component need 110rms...but the 4 channel amp only 50rms per channel @4ohm...75rms per channel @ 2ohm....150rms bridged at 4 ohm...should i bridge or not because when in bridge mode i'll be providing extra 40rms to the component?? will it be safe??Btw what is the power of the amp as those alpine spr need 90watts if I'm not wrong Btw stock speaker midbass are not true midbass as those speakers are made of papers |

QUOTE(tineagle @ Jan 3 2013, 12:49 AM) guys a newbie ICE question: same dilemma as him...upgraded from stock honda city to focal ps165...lovin it...each day spend 1 hour sit in car before came in house I've recently upgraded my front components speakers to focal access 165a1. Pretty satisfied with the sound. my question is, how important is changing the rear speakers? which of the following would you say has better priority when upgrading ICE: 1. rear speakers 2. AMP 3. Sub Also if someone could recommend me some sets for these total under 2k would be great.. thanks! i have 1k only...i already have rca cable and want to maintain stock HU until all toys install...which way should i go?? 1- buy a good amp(2nd hand) to hook up to component or save more for a new unit amp 2- sound proof my two front door 3- save more for sub+mono+custom box made to specification one more question..as the ps165 has 4 crossover...should i get a 4 channel amp and use each channel for each xover?? do i benefits in any way by doing that?? if no benefit..i'll be on my way hunting for 2 channel amp...if more benefit...i'll hunt for 4 channel...
