Hi sifus, I would like to install a subwoofer due to the lack of bass of my stock speakers, underseat subs will not fit in my car cabin so I'm planning to buy a good sub(with box) + amp for the boot. Any recommendation is appreciated. I have basic wiring skill so I am doing the installation myself. But I have no knowledge of sub and amp brands. Also need advise is it better to hook speaker wire to amp or get rca converter to hook to amp?

- My ride: 2000 BMW 5 Series e39
- Prefers SQ/SPL/SQL: SQL
- File format/medium used for my source: Listening to edm(night) and litefm(day)
- Music genre: Listening to edm(night) and litefm(day)
- Budget: below RM500 for sub(with box) and amp. Used is ok but prefer new
- Setup type preferences: just adding a sub and amp in the boot
- Other requirements (if any): prefer single big sub setup so not sacrifice a lot boot space.
