hi bro, for 3 way active, you need 6 channel

2 for tweeter
2 for mid range
2 for midbass

so you need a 6 channel amp ( if got any ) or 2 amps to run.. and for speakers, very hard to get 3 way component for less than 2k and also the amps..

unless you want to buy used speakers/ amp..

you may go for passive 1st as it will comes with crossover.. and it will split the frequencies to each driver separately.. and you need to make sure that the amp you have can give sufficient power to your speakers..
for speakers, you can ask around other sifus here bro.. if you have fb, check below pages and survey bro
