What comp set is this?
One cannot buy tweeters and then buy another brand xovers and pair it w/ another midbass notknowing its values/limitation
id recommend plotting both speakers value in xover design software n build a proper filter for it(at least a simple 2nd order filter w/ optional zobel filter+lpad)
I used passive crossover designer from frd consortium &lspcad-----+ but last i chk lspcad isnt free anymore

youre too generous overgiving duit raya this year hehe
http://www.v-cap.com/speaker-crossover-calculator.php
not as complete/accurate as pcd or lspcad but will give idea of a basic proper xover, just need to find a suitable tweeter

its ok,,,,,go for it
at an amp theres a knob called 'amp gain' to adjust amp released power
a 100wrms amp can controlled to output like 25w, 50w or full power depends on you
a higher power amp is better:
1-more flexibility in future spk upgrade/ice plan
2-amp not easy to clip/out of stim
3-amp less stress when used below full power, (like a racing 10000rpm engine cruising nominally @3000rpm)
4-bigger power supply, more reserved power for brief peak of music tracks
5-better resale value

I want to know if this setup will bottleneck my system?

HU : any pioneer AVH series

Peerless Vifa NE65W-04 Full Range Speaker

Peerless Vifa NE19-VTS-04 Tweeter

Peerless Vifa NE180W-04 MidWoofer Speaker

3 way crossover?
*
good selection of drivers, seem you've done some survey/homework

the NE180W-04 is a good widerange driver,,, for midbass duty @doors install it probly wont play low enough (its FR plot reminds us of vifa PL18) specs seem origin of use is as 2way bass reflex bookshelves,,,

the Vifa NE65W-04 has low efficiency,,,maybe too low, you'll level match/attenuate the tweeter+woofer based on this driver

not sure about others, but with the above drivers, id forget the NE65W-04 and simplify life w/ 2way front setup NE19-VTS-04 + Vifa NE180W-04,,,,,or id consider other drivers if i want go 3way

have you purchase all drivers?

hi all..my current setup is as below
speakers - dominations sadewa
amp- cap ayam
soundproof- front doors
headunit- myvi lplb original double din

would like to proceed my setup to nx stage. Am planning to get a affordable ( less than rm500) yet producing decent sound quality single-din. Any recommendation?
Or better to save money for better amp or processor?

alternatively u can retain stock hu and use a good loc like this---
http://davidnavone.com/product/ne-774v-4-c...stereo-adapter/

this will turn d hu into hi-voltage/low-impedance deck, just like top of the line u-name-it sq afermarket hu

focal tweets are love/hate thing
audition before purchase is a must
id focus more on spk w/ good bass than soundproof
soundproof isnt magic,,,,a weak bass is still weak bass

a 1.5k spk w/ good bass will pwnz/tko a weak bass 800 spk + 500 sp in every aspects
not saying sp job doesnt work
juz dat contrary to popular belief,sp thing shud considered as bandaid/optional
sort our spk selection 1st,install properly
then decide wheather bandaid needed/ not

good spk w/ good bass offtheshlef r out there,we need to search for them

current hu can drives the most speakers (unless u start using 2.5-3inch voice coil mids hehe)
question is will it enough for you? some people like to listen @low volume ~90db, some like loud 100db++, the louder u listen the more u need higher power
