My personal experience with them is mostly pretty good; got most of my orders within a few weeks, and I would wait at most 2 months before emailing them about any waylaid orders because it is Pos Malaysia after all.
I thought I was the only one not getting them Book Depository bookmarks  (To be fair, I'm in KL and most of my orders to date are limited edition Moleskines as they're still cheaper than Cziplee, the cheapest you can find them in KL) Speaking of Acmamall, I had a shitty book buying experience with them (this was before the site re-vamp) and they're not that much cheaper anyway. |
