Hi...do you provide service in Bentong, Pahang? How exactly is the upgrade procedure?
I'm currently using 1Mbps Streamyx and wanted to upgrade to 4Mbps. When I ask my local TMPoint they say my area can't support 4Mbps. This baffles me because my neighbour is using 4Mbps without problem. Can you help me to upgrade? Thanks. |
