Yes, upgrade u will also get a new unifi phone line.
U have option to terminate streamyx and existing phone line. If you choose to terminate both, I can help u to do so smile.gif

If you want to upgrade, you might need to prepare your aunty's IC and fill in my e-form to proceed the upgrade order. Installation can be done as soon as two days and it is subject to slot availability smile.gif so please expect to be done within 6 days 😃

installation will be done on weekdays only or also available on weekends too?

If landed, installation can be done on sat and sun. For high rise, saturday morning only is available because need management to open the mdf room for tm contractor smile.gif

Streamyx bill will be pro-rated until the your streamyx is terminated. Let's say, your streamyx is terminated on 15th of May, the bill will charge until 15th only smile.gif streamyx will be terminated within 2 days after unifi is installed ^^

Upon checking, not yet at this moment as the building is quite new. Hmm unfortunately, for relocation, it can only be made at Tm point sad.gif

Dear fmyn,

Yes, you can apply using your dad's name as long as the house didn't exceed the maximum line allow to be installed.

You will receive new wifi modem from TM when you apply for new line. No worries smile.gif

I've been using streamyx for the past few years, if I switch to unifi now, can I still keep the landline number?

Interested in the VIP5 package. Which type of application should I choose? Upgrade or New (Unifi)?

Hi,

Yes, you can keep the landline but you will still get new number from unifi. Meaning your house will have two phone lines for free smile.gif

Your type of application is Upgrade biggrin.gif

Thanks ^^

Hi,

I'm currently on Streamyx 4Mbps and recently I saw the Stream Champion Deal.. Does this promo will include the selected pack for free, forever?

The promo image kinda confusing... 8Mbps + 1 Pack (at RM30 ??) = RM160/month

And I will get "everywhere" on 2 devices for free too, forever?

Hi,

The stream deal is only apply when you apply for 8Mbps.
You'll get free pack either ruby or platinum pack.

Thank you.

I upgraded from streamyx to Unifi last week. TS has been prompt in her replies and offers clear explanation on service. Definitely recommended.

On another note about Installation of fiber optics, I got charged RM130 for some hole-drilling and cabling. No direct pathway for the cables to go through apparently...sigh

Dear,

Your house cannot go through standard installation so must go with Non-standard installation? cry.gif
Any blockage in front or back side of your house?

Anyways, thank you very much for your valued feedback notworthy.gif thumbup.gif
