i still dont quite understand..

how do they count cable length?

according to tm website, 15m fibre, 15m lan , 30m raceway.
so how do they count the length?

I googled the photos. But you can get it in UniFi Installation Guide.

DOWNLOAD INSTALLATION GUIDE

Youtube UniFi installation Guide

FTB will be installed during installation.

Ya, outside your house smile.gif either at the front or back.
The cable length of Fibre will start counting from FTB smile.gif

how do i register~
oh and i surveyed the area, the fibre box is right behind my new house, and there's a room but no ppl staying in it. can they contractors find a way to get around or do i need to open that room for cabling?

Currently i'm using streamyx 1mbps, is thr any charges if i upgrade to unifi within the contract period? how about the new contract? it is count from the day i install unifi or add on 24 months to my current contract?

No charges will be charged for upgrading to UniFI within the contract period.
