Am thinking of getting one myself as a spare phone but too bad no GPS so I can use Foursquare like a E72. It is possible to turn off the data usage. Change the internet setting to "when needed" I think. Try it & let me know?

QUOTE(mybads @ Sep 6 2012, 10:07 PM) There is no option to turn off the Internet, which is very surprising. However, you can set it to "ask for connection" where you can choose wifi. But take note that it just connects to Internet sometimes, especially with emails and whatsapp running in the background.QUOTE(ju69an @ Sep 30 2012, 08:19 PM) Seriously, you just don't have that option. At first, I selected other Internet profile e.g. I'm using DiGi but used Maxis setting. But I realised that the credit is still being deducted. So finally I called digi to disable my Internet (which includes MMS)QUOTE(Zaryl @ Jul 16 2013, 11:36 PM) What function do you need on your phone which will be beneficial for your business? If you are going to depend on push email and Facebook and other apps, consider another phone. This post has been edited by ViRaViRa: Jul 17 2013, 09:32 PM |
