This teach everyone not to drive to close to each other in highway.
But it's questionable why TS's airbag didn't come out.Do talk to Toyota service centre about this.
From what I see that Saga is basic model which don't have ABS,airbag & other mumbo jumbo safety feature.So the accident will do some damage for the passengers.But really kesian because the car is very new.
You can argue however you want Police will say it's your the accident happened.You're 1st 1 to hit the back of car.

Same thing happened to my fathers car.My father was waiting behind a car in normal road.Got 1 car in front of him.Then another Vios came behind my fathers car.Also stopped with safe distance.Then out of nowhere a MyVi came & smashed the Vios.The Vios smashed my fathers car.MyVi front was toast,Vios depan belakang both toast.My fathers Altis bumper broke.The MyVi driver refused to come out.Only when the driver came out my father got to know she was driving while talking with HP.Didn't see the road properly.
Ended up claiming the MyVi's insurance.The pity part was the Vios was just repaired after an accident 1 month before that accident.
