if want to tailgate, make sure only 2 cars are doing it.
if 5 cars are doing it.

everyone is slow in reaction time. until 5th car, its too late to brake.

in this case, seems like the 3rd car onwards not able to brake on time.

if high speed wanna chase ppl, keep at least 1 car length.
