Solution 1:
Using Root Explorer renaming the file "bugmailer.sh" (to something like "bugmailer.sh-backup"), which is found in /system/bin.

Solution 2:
Settings>Developer Tools>Untick "USB Debugging"

Remember not to Volume up + Volume down + Power button to trigger bug mailer.

Can, I only use to backup purpose and uninstall~

SOLVED!    Using Root Explorer, go to Data/APP, and find com.keramides.TitaniumBackup-1.odex then hold it and press delete. Then you can install it like normal. hehe

I'm using stock rom and kernel. I'm thinking to flash custom kernel 1st, but before try custom kernel can i try v6 superchange?  Can it worked with stock rom? If v6 is already smooth, then i canceled flashing the kernel. HAHA
