How I started working out/gym going
Way back on 2010 when I enter University after my Form 6, my hostel neighbour are already gym-goers. On rainy day, they will do push up in rooms and they asked me to join them. 2 of them (Alex and Yew) are very motivated guys. However I was overweigh and lazy. Although I'm good in basketball and I only do that for sports (cardio etc) I never actually do anything else, not even jog. My stamina slowly decrease and I was out run by simply anyone on my team. Not to mention I cant even do 1 push up and I'm afraid to arm wrestler with my friends who has smaller body.
On year 2011 (mid-end) I broke up with my girl, injured my knee ligament, sprain both my ankle during a basketball, obese, stress lalalala~ I finally start getting my ass up and go to the gym.

Height: 180 cm (last measured Febuary)
Weight: 84kg (last measured Febuary)
Waist: 36 - 37 inch (March)
Chest: 39.5inch (42 inch inhale) (March)
Biceps: 13.inch (13.5 inch curled) (March)
Thighs: 23 inch (March)
Calfs: 16 inch (March)
BF%: 22%+- (Visual measurement) (March)
Diet
I aim for low fat and high protein food ie Tofu, lean chick breast and fish, take very less carbs like rice but prefer in porridge form, and mind the fat and oil from my food.
I'm a very typical Malaysian boy and always get tempted to cheat myself (31 March 2012) which I'll overcome.

10 reps of chin ups! (can do none 31/3/2012)
