RR is certainly a good one. Went to sales office today n surprise 90% forest view taken! Big or small unit gone!No more small unit below1200sf at all! Reserved 3 floors for launching via balloting but higher price! Got one facing forest finally but bigger size. Still c some 1300 sf facing pool n thought quite good. Go for it before its gone or the 5% remove! RR will not have the issue of highway next to it!
