Also add on that, this RR, most of the designs and furnishes are indifferent ... looks more high end compare to others thus far ...

Zefer and Duet really lose kao kao if the RR's Type A and A1 ( 1,571-1,591 sq feet ) units sapu at least 80% ...

Quite similar to KR2, same concept of 8 units per floor, quadrant zone, floor plan and even guardhouse also almost same ...

but, i just found out, since this RR is 2 towers of rectangular blocks, plus the drop off point and main entrance, it also reminds me of a similar of The Regina, USJ 1.

The difference prolly the units per floor, facing and RR has double glasses balcony and edge over The Regina over this ...

This Rimba, they were pretty aggressive at promoting during the fair at Mid Valley, probably the only one with booth babes in super short shorts. So many agents around. Wonder why they bother so much when they're gonna sell so many internally laugh.gif

During the iproperty fair, it was half half committed buyer's response ... maybe the booth babes too good, a good marketing to entice many people to know this RR ... hence it is under supply right now and sold off all ..

Short short only la , where got super short shorts ... but they were definitely boobs babe ... lolz

The furnished given was even much more to the KR2 furnished and was told, it would be more quality given since this is non DIBS and pricing is higher than 7% discounted's KR2 ...

Quite anticipating of the products details and quality ...

Actually, i rather they only give me free 4 air cons and sell cheaper ...

Very worry, the party furnished given, is not the exact allocation or dressing of the layout given ...

But fair enough, the kitchen cabinet according to the 3D design, looks excellent ...

For me, although RR is quite tempted for me to buy ... It's good also it's harder to get ... let my try as registrant to become failure and forget it easily ...

I think so. For this RR, they very strict abt it. I was told that, this is not KR2, if during ballot time, if i pick the unit n issue cheque, its not refundable if i cancel. Only can add on name later on. The principal name not transferable. So have to careful bfore to commit.

My other half likes the concept very much, the security and the quadrant zone concept, but she dont like forest view, thats why she prefers KR2 more than RR. She likes RR for the density.

Officially, no ballot bfore obtain AP and DL.

Actually, by right, all developers cannot collect booking officially bfore obtain it. Only can do preview... But most dev do not follow the rules to test market...

In modern days, developer even open for preview and booking before obtain both AP DL... Its no exception that the developer might do this, ballot, pay booking to solicitor as stakeholder...

Somemore this 1,145-1,169 sq ft units so limited, no surprise if all snapped up within an hour ...

Agree. Value for the money buy and the product looks exciting. How good if this product launch much earlier or end of this year ...

I rate this RR amongs of Zefer and Duet in terms of size n price point. RR leads by miles.

RR against Wharf, hmm, except for price per sq ft, nothing much to shout. Wharf rely on commercialize items to due as a successful project. Koi Prima, the other hand, at RM 310-330 psf, Has nothing to compare against RR but nearby TW and sister development of RM 340-350 psf 's Lakeside City ...

Up next would RM 600 psf's Trigon ....
