Last week i was offered a used civic on a bargain and i lost my passion for elantra which i have been waiting patiently for the past 8-9 months.. Sadly though, the deal fell through.. will have to wait for probably half a year for any chance of this deal being revived but still, i thought its worth waiting..

Went out for lunch just now and managed to go take a peek of the display car. after a while molesting and caressing the hot chick, fcuk there comes my love for it again.. i even got a test drive appointment for myself tomorrow. Guess i'll reserve my detailed assessment of the car till im done with the test drive.. but still.. ELANTRA Y U SO SEXY?

its on display at QB.. but if u are interested in those "accessories and deco", u can give the car a visit cause theres a Cadbury Choc event just behind it with LOTS of reallllllyy pretty chicks

went for test drive last weekend at sg.pinang 3S centre and i managed to try both the 1.8 and 1.6HS. not much to say about the 1.8 since i only drove it a short distance around congested town area. as for the 1.6HS which im planning to book, i think there is sufficient comfort and power for daily driving so i dont quite understand when others mention there is lack of power.. slight delay in response i agree but not lack of power.. what u expect from a 1.6 anyway? the trim and everything suits my taste. plastics covering most area but im not gonna complain about that.. head room on the rear seat though is a really limited. im only 1.78m but my hair is already touching the roof with my head rested on the headrest.. not like i care since i will only be sitting mostly on the driver seat..

Will most probably proceed with purchase but not with that SA from sg.pinang HQ cause got better deal from other dealer feel sry for him pulak

anyways.. i noticed while i was driving around town that no one, yes not one overtook me.. not even the motorbikes.. looked into the side mirror and saw lots of bikes and car just trailing.. i dunno.. probably stunned by the looks cause i was driving only about 30-40kmph at times cause i wanna wait for the road ahead to clear up so that i could tackle corners at higher speed.. felt like a boss driving in one

moral of the story is.. get your beloved car before your beloved wife.. unless if its meant for your wife's use

honestly i prefer not getting the first batch.. its not like they are CBU anyway. just the same CKD/SKD or whatever.. besides, the first batch could be left under the sun and rain for months already. just my 2 cents

Tender for PKQ started yesterday.. anyone from Pg submitted? Personally i like Q since u can add a little twist into the number plate

as much as i'd like to get PKR, im afraid i might get blocked by those scumbag police twice as many times
and i reckon i'll be able to get my fav number easier with PKQ cause i got a feeling lots of ppl are gonna tender for PKR

ppl generally think KL cars are susceptible to frequent long distance travels hence the higher wear and tear within its years of service compared to those used in smaller cities.. KL used cars almost always hv sky high mileage which usually means lower resale value. even if u dun actually drive ur car in KL, its still a KL plated car, most ppl's first impression will always be that your car hv been used harshly over the years.. just my 2 cents
