I went for test drive on Elantra 1.6hs n forte 1.6sx found forte is much value for money .. Found Elantra a lil underpowered n engine sound a lil loud when tried pressed a lil harder ... Just at 80km/h went shocking at 2500

Last week i was offered a used civic on a bargain and i lost my passion for elantra which i have been waiting patiently for the past 8-9 months.. Sadly though, the deal fell through.. will have to wait for probably half a year for any chance of this deal being revived but still, i thought its worth waiting..

Went out for lunch just now and managed to go take a peek of the display car. after a while molesting and caressing the hot chick, fcuk there comes my love for it again.. i even got a test drive appointment for myself tomorrow. Guess i'll reserve my detailed assessment of the car till im done with the test drive.. but still.. ELANTRA Y U SO SEXY?

none of the extra accessories and deco on display bro. and my branch and yours is probably the same one 

its on display at QB.. but if u are interested in those "accessories and deco", u can give the car a visit cause theres a Cadbury Choc event just behind it with LOTS of reallllllyy pretty chicks       

my experience, build quality sucks..
door are so light, seat so cramp, HU like china made, interior very plastic feel

like one of the brother said here, only good at exterior looks.

With that kinda a feature and pricing.. any Forte models can beat it up easily..

Truly disappointed with Elantra.

Maintenance:
Took the maintenance sheet from SA, it's really quite affordable. RM130 for 1000km/5000km, and major 20,000km is about 600, and major 60000 is about 780. Bear in mind it's a C-segment car, and this price you're paying is very , very , very affordable.
Mojo factor:
Hah! Here's good one, believe it or not i saw a couple of chicks coming in with some uncles and first thing they went after - the Elantra. Also on the road, a C-segment car really makes a difference somewhat, people tend to "respect" you road more often, wont simply just turn and dash into your lane (which i find it rather dangerous).
