No. U need the original grant. Plus tomorrow saturday, JPJ mana ada bukak for roadtax renewal?

MYEG settle la...  by monday or tuesday you'll get your road tax

Nah...I purposely risk changing to even softer brake pads than our stock. Cheapo non performance, non genting trip type of brake pads to eliminate possibility of hard performance brake pads with their metal compound causing those noise.

So far at standard driving, (not break in yet), it actually feels the same like stock. At least my stock for first 8 months, no noise, now mine with new non performance pads still got same noise, so it should not be the pads thats causing the problem, is it?

Oh...I'm not there when they fix the brake coz have to wait a couple of hours for the disc skimming guy to come on sat, so I cabut first and pickup car later in the evening. Tested with mechanic, looks fine....unfortunately for my first klang kl trip today it appear again, after warming up the brake sufficiently (half way thru during jam in kl).

At most if cannot fix, just live with it since its not so obvious if wind up windows which I do most of time but when braking when going down ramps especially in tunnel and basement, sound quite sharp, can hear. Wondering if it has been there all along, just softer earlier thus cannot hear in car, now louder and since I notice already, then i will keep noticing the noise liao.

Still wondering why brake got no noise earlier. I travel short distance nearby, all along no noise. Going from house to mid-way KL, no noise, after warm out, then noise appear. I would understand if noise already appear from the beginning, but why no noise when cold, until hot hot later only got noise?

Maybe I try asked them to grease brake caliper or may its pin is a bit loose....

Try fast hard breaking few time..
It solve mine but need do few every week if not the brake sound like I dont have money to change pad only

You must a FNF driver.. I use my bendix after almost 25k still got 80% (I still keep the pad on my boot)
What brake pad are you using? Normally those high performance brake pad got sound..
The matter is louder or soft nia
I did hard breaking few time then the noise is gone but it will come back after 5-8days

AMP parts also need RM 60 ? I might as well top up a bit get better pads

My dad complaint until to the root top claim twice still tak makan and scratches on the disc brake
End up change at outside replace with bendix and some singapore brand rotors

it dont smoke proton, because its too fast, proton kenot even smell smoke

what I meant was, with H line's brake also u can say the braking power diminished, imagine M/B line owners.

Yes, FBK provides OEM stuffs to Proton, but that doesn't necessarily mean that all Proton's brake pads stock are FBK's. They may have 1 or more brands for the brake pads for consumers to choose from at SCs, just in case they want something cheaper but not too shabby. Which leads me to believe that FBK may be supplying brake pads for Proton's AMP program.
