17 inch may affect ur pickup a little bit. 16 inch this effect is pretty much offset by the lighter rim weight compared to OEM. 16 inch 205/50/16 is by far the best size for PE for performance, handling & comfort balance. U want better performance, go for 15 inch aftermarket lightweight rims. U wan better handling, go for 17 inch.

Got warranty. But the mileage very low only. Have to check again.

Ok, by top speed, what do you mean attain highest top speed possible?

Changing rims does not affect the top speed of your car. It does, however, affects the TIME taken to reach that speed; otherwise known as acceleration.
Another thing that it would affect is also your speedometer's readings. Let's say you were travelling at 90km/h with stock rims. The ECU is calibrated to read the current speed of the car based on the tyres' revolution. So this of course takes the diameter of the rims into consideration. When you change to, let's say 16 inch rims, your speedo may show 90kmh but you're in fact travelling at about 1-2 km/h higher, maybe about 91-92kmh.

What if it's not both?

It's normal lah. Your temperature setting must be at very low, then. Have you realised that the air condition is much colder when the car is moving compared to when the car is static? Think of the compressor as an equivalent to a battery alternator. When your engine produces power to move the car, it recharges the battery via the alternator. Remember olden days bicycles with dynamo lights? The faster you go, the brighter the light is. Same concept for air condition. As for the mist, it is caused by the low temperature in car + slightly higher temp in engine bay. When the air blows in, condensation and mist happens. Just like when you go to a cold place and breathe out.

So no worries, your air condition is working completely fine.
