today go to test drive elantra 1.6 and 1.8..the performance of 1.8 is quite powerful..The 1.6 oso not bad,at least the pick up better than our cam tak pro..I prefer the rear legroom..and the steering oso not too heavy like persona..but oso not light as vios..me n my wife quite like the driving feeling..the 1.6 full spec is RM96,888..

I realise my new car has swirl marks on certain part of the car (half of the bonnet and some spots on roof), as if some unprofessional polishing is done. I can see VVV marks under the lights.

How to fix without further polishing?

i think so lo..the price too expensive oledi..tested the 308 turbo oso..the power reali more than enough for me..too bad the size of the car not suitable for me..

proton ada free car wash before collecting car... so.. like my car.. whole car also swirl.. stupid ppl use hardcloth to polish

My salesman said they have not done any polishing after the car has been delivered from storage. Kenalah polish myself.

Drove home without rain/water, indeed the suspension had no more noise. Hopefully it's not a temporary lubrication because of water.

When I first got my car, I drove it while it shows 19.9L/100KM. The second time I drove it to work, it dropped to 10.1L/100KM. On my way home, it goes down to 9.7L/100KM. Definitely needs to go to 8+L/100KM, otherwise it drinks more fuel than my old Wira.

Real performance and handling needs more time before I can judge. I have yet to exceed 100KM/h in my short travel within KL.

I can feel the car being heavier to move it in start-stop traffic. Some may find the acceleration lacking but for an old Wira comparison, the PE paces up effortlessly for speeds like 20-90KM/h. Gradient ascents are effortless as my Wira would start to knock if I push it too hard.

NVH, impressive for me. You know, old cars are little score to NVH. Suspension is soft and comfortable. Little engine noise, maybe just a little tyre rumbling sound depending on road surface.

I had clocked 1900 Mileage, but still my fc around 10-11L/km, how is this happen..?     
P.S: Light footed in city, light-medium footed in highway

Based on the odometer, it says I have ~530KM on a full tank. Plausible?

Mine +/- 315Km  , Rm65 Refuel every time with caltax Ron95.
