I bought and received my samsung s4 from you through poslaju already. And as happy as I am about the phone, I'm upset at your lack of after sales service. I asked you before purchasing whether you will register the sme warranty for me and you confirmed yes.
When I received the phone, I checked and not a thing has been done. I even pm-ed you and also no reply. Is this how you guys care for your customers? Prioritising sales but no service once you receive payment? Im still waiting for your rep to at least have the courtesy and reply me. |
