First of all, we apologize for our mistake and sorry for giving you trouble.

And thank you for your valued feedback.

I did check with staffs on duty, they did inform you to wait for a while 1-2hours - as the goods are on the way.
Stocks breakdown for 1-2hours due to Raya season - delivery time are all affected due to lack of despatch to send/receive goods.

However, we could always deliver to your doorstep with no charges (if we ran out of stock at the time you reach my outlet).

Very sorry for the whatsapp reply, i wasn't notice that the goods delivery doesn't come on time and delay for hours.

We sincerely apologize towards all mistakes we made.
We hope your next visit, we can show you improvement on our service.

I'm not trying to back up my staffs. but raya + long weekend , i believe stocks delivery are harder to estimate than normal days.
