shackle is good but have to care about the disable hero so that the shackle can dish out maximum damage.

plus shackle bound both you and enemy together. 

I prefer hex > shackle , just a preference lol

i tried clinkz during my first few games. good to harass the other team during laning period. his ultimate also makes him hard to kill late game, extra hp/invisible.

good hero for noobs and learning. people don't complain too much when i die a lot
