Wrong on all counts.
Conceding just encourages bad attitudes during games because players will give up early. Prime example is a game I played yesterday where my team was trailing at a loss of 10 kills. We won with a huge comeback. If you have conceding, people would've conceded at the 15 min mark.
This whole concept of giving up just encourages the already stupid attitudes that three quarters of south-east asians have. In Europe, players have good sportsmanship and they fight it out to the end (and steal victories too).
DotA2's penalty system is so much better than HoN's. Leave a game and you get chucked into low priority for the next 24 hours. Get reported enough and its good bye to your account (who will risk their main steam account?)
so your saying when the majority in the team after say 15 min mark has given up and want to conceed but can't (shouldn't) according to you ?
Why on earth not ? How is that considered stupid, knowing when your beat and want to move on to the next game group as the game has already been lost, maybe because of feeding or whatever.
if they've voted to conceed as a group why not let them? instead your selfishly forcing them to stay on, to complete a game that may have already been lost way too early. I totally don't agree with that :/
HON too has a system that flags you as a leaver if the % of leaving game during match reaches a certain point. Players who want to join a game, can then set it to avoid playing with people flagged as leavers.
There is also a system in place to try even group pairings so people of equal stats/points are paired against each other. it's not perfect but it's a good attempt to make a more even match.
you also mentioned i'm wrong on all points how so ? Hon does have alt char designs, and they do have a F2P system (you can optionally pay real money to get things faster, otherwise you can just play to earn points to buy chars which may take long but is possible and is free to do so...). So the one spreading false info is you since your statement regarding these 2 points was wrong

I'm not too familiar with the hon reporting system, so not much to comment on that (but from i understand, you need to be verified to be able to use it)
