Valve already said its only misc item wont effect any hero skill or damaged..

Soon it will be like Heroes of Newerth, where new heroes will be introduced in Dota 2, with very imbalance skills, and you need to buy heroes.

open beta i m wonderin how dota 2 makes money...lol..i mean making buy-able hero is not an option...alot of ppl will rage and flip table..other than that i dunno..

its valve...they earn more money selling hats than the game itself
 this case it wont be heroes or anything affecting gameplay, confirmed before |

I hope Valve implement like Tournament/Serious mode to seperate from Public/Normal mode.
Like this, when needed in Tournament/Serious games, all cosmetics won't be there, or else will be hard to identify heroes quickly. |
