Like Musha mentioned, I am one of the modular building collectors here. Got Green Grocer, Grand Emporium, Fire Brigade and Pet Shop. The FB and PS still MISB because no time to build it 
Wow, you have the Cafe Corner and Market Street. Now to get the Pet shop, FB and Town hall and you can have a full row of modular buildings  I too am waiting for the Town hall. Still thinking if to buy 2 sets for parts and to enlarge the town hall further.

Market street still consider a modular because it can blend with the other modular buildings. You can look at the example of the guy who has all in a single row, the market street does not look out of place.

My most recent haul. The entire set of Series 7 CMF!    Well, almost coz I forgotten to open the packet for the hippie and took the photo without him.  Btw, I was at TRU KLCC just now, all the CMF habis

Once upon a time when lego treated like just a toy..how not many really treasure it,throwing inside boxes after playing and forget about it..

now,every pieces is valuable..some treat it as high value collectibles..some make it business oriented..

but alwaya remember 1 thing...dont spoil the fun..because it is the purpose toys are made.. ^^

hehehe.. the other 2 packets...? another galaxy patrol and bunny suit guy ... awesome!!! my photographic memory memorizing the good bump codes works!
owhh.. of all packets i quick scanned ; there are still 2 galaxy patrol left, 2 bunny guy, 1 fish king .. and no aztec .. seems i got the last 1..

Same here, got poison by SW figs, then get back to LEGO system like set again. Otherwise I still live in Bionicle land. =P

Yup, at least something worth collecting. Bionicle is not so worth collecting coz no value. No value = not proud of my collection.
