Nope, if you meant last years set with wheels (aka "vehicle"). Im conserving $$ for sets with good parts selection for my MOC.

carry using own hands out from airport shouldnt be a problem. Problem is only with parcels arriving from oversea will be taxed kaw kaw. By then you can "attempt" to say ur frens mail u all these toys for you coz he juz won lottery and dont need it anymore. Try wear coffee stained singlet + selipar jepun there to convince the kastam that u indeed deserve those toys

Sadly to say.... for each "trademarked" logo shown in the box art , the set price increase a bit. And in a typical box.. there are 6 sides. LOL.

I've been hunting high and low for Ninjago blade cycle around klang valley for FAILED. anyone can provide tips where to get it?

been to MV - TRU,jusco,metro,brickboy,robinsons,isetan = FAIL
been to The Curve, IPS - TRU, metro = FAIL
been to KLCC - isetan, TRU,parkson = FAIL.

Same like other forms of collecting, buy only what you like. dont just follow the herd and felt its a must to "complete a theme" to become a true LEGOtard. We collect/play TO PLEASE OURSELVES, not others.

Technic are for patient hardcore builders with strong fingers. Until today I cant seem to get myself to "enjoy" building sideways with most steps involves connecting pins to beams. However.... due to its parts versality.. I bought myself a cute lil' yellow technic crane that offers me almost everything I need for my future MOC: tread/tracks and crane boom. cheers!

...but hate the price. I'm wondering how the local distributor for LEGO weight and assign the retail price for LEGO... even though their official pricepoint are the same.

For eg.


Creator Set us$25 ... becomes nearly rm110 (thank you! thank you!)

BUT for Avengers set us$25.... becomes >rm150 here . huh ???
Izzit because they (local distributor) foresee the desirability of Avengers (or other licensed sets)... they push their luck and markup waaaaaaaaaaaay higher ?

most probably same reason why LEGO is unable to sell SW minifigs as stand alone. their SW license is for construction set. But I can see LEGO have been pretty sneaky in trying bundle SW figs in cheaper sets this year. Just look at the 1 fig + few dozen lego parts punya "tiny vehicle" + planet-container at nearly rm50 a pop.

Talking bout Enlighten, I bought its clone of Hurricane harbor (http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=6338-1) for rm40 many years ago and the building experience was literally painful. I chipped my nail and some parts are either too tight or too loose.

Local newspapers only give out "free" leaflets promoting either pricy laptops OR oily fast food.

he's missing a fluffy tail. wonder why LEGO didnt make an extra tail part to be kepit between his legs and body component.

Sandstorm was my very first Triple changer, not bought but a hands-me-down from a cousin who had outgrown his toys. (along with G1 Snarl) Too bad I sold it off many years ago . I would've great fun playing with it now I'm sure. Anyway, Im rebuilding him using LEGO.

Have u tried tropicana mall TRU ? I think I've seen it there few months ago.

I got a feeling this "monster fighter" theme was initiated to replace the "harry potter" slot ,since the latter already end its run. The color /mood of the theme are similar and make substantial use of tan and "that kinda" green parts.
