When you go into dimension where our law of physics didn't apply, how will you survive there? remember, all protective measures build into our spacecraft was based on a law of physics in this dimension.

I'm not saying we can't go, but it'll take decades of studies to even begin to understand this other dimension before we can send any human in to it. Also you must remember, c value have been the basis of almost all levels of physics as we know it. Once you change c, You have to rebuild Einstein theory of relativity all over again from a scratch. That means all of our physics since 1930s till present day have to be reevaluated.
