try fixing ure ip/dns in windows and reserving ure ip in the router.

after that it wont happen anymore

nope no issues on p2p.. all good. 20mbps line maxing out at 2.3mbs(2407kb/s) . with overhead hitting 2500kb/s
its not that hard. just google it and u will know how to do it in few minutes

in ure router is reserving ure wifi adapter on ure desktop/laptop mac address to a ip address
and in ure windows left click at the bar icon on system tray and right click on ure router and choose status
then click properties
click internet protocol version 4 (tcp/ipv4)
choose use the following ip address and use the following dns server address

fill it up to be the same as ure router.

u wont have a google chrome refresh issue.

hmm something is odd here. its pretty direct and the router firmware given for unifi is pretty stable.

btw hope u didnt flash to the latest one. should be 110906.
