same here but me no d/c, ping in D3 for my case is 430ms ~ 1K+ms , unable to play with my friend at all , if play alone also 400ms +-, which started last weekend i think, i wonder what happen. restart router many time also same.

Playing other game online also feel the dela...

btw, i using wireless to my desktop, signal strength is full.
