they are using a huge drill 1cm to penetrate your wall. the drilling is very messy and very dusty. if your house built on cement bricks. do expect a huge portion of wall will come out other side. that will fall down from and crack your floor tiles. make sure u had replacement tile standby to change yourself if capable.

they tm will cover with plaster. but you still need to sand the plaster. so you can repaint the wall. with at least 2 layers to even out the surrounding.

if you really skillful DIY person with experience in the field of basic house renovation it's fine. else you have to engage building renovation contractor to help pick up the mess i mentioned at own cost.

the most worrying part if they drill the water pipe or electrical line. non of them to my experience came with metal detector. if that happens your hse power will trip which you cannot remedy. i say total blackout not even reset ECB can help. till u have to hire contractor hack the wall and tiles to replace the entire power line.. but so far this never happens. just pray it never happens.

they see which fit and drill. that's all i can practically share out own experience.
