Finally, Unifi arrived to my apartment. already registered with VIP5 on 4 April 2012.

then later got email on the user ID and password, and Order ID
but my question was, the appointment date in the email stated 28 april 2012.
why they take so long to install it? i tot they only take 10 working days?

i'm itching to get my hands on it. smile.gif

haa...finally,
i've been unifi-ed yesterday.
those Technicians do took quite some time to install it into my house.
they took 3 hours. 11.30am till 2.30pm
Later got problem with the LAN, keep blinking. they told me they will come back once HO rectified the problem.
They did come back around 8.30pm to set up my IPTV.
Kudos to them.
so far speed test show 5mb.

Btw, i have question.
during the installation of the optic cable. one of the technician accidently hammered the wire and now the wire a bit spoiled. but the line reception is ok. should i get them to change whole new wiring or just ignore it?
