WTF!

Afternoon.
Shouldn't the 'Disabled' be 'Connected'? IIRC, before my connection problems, it was 'Connected' at all times. But now, 'Disabled?'  I can still surf though. Had enough. Called Unifi tech support regarding my frequent disconnection. Turns out they have records of how many time we experience service disconnection  But they did not do anything; instead we have to call them and inform  If necessary, they will send technician to inspect. Aigoo ~ |

Friday again; weekly Unifi slowdown. Thank you so much  Two days ago two(2) Unifni surveyor came to my home. Asking me about any interruption and when I mentioned it, then told me to upgrade to VIP10. With a straight face. What a guy. So this is how you do business? Unifi are risky for Ramnit virus?
I'm using 'Malwarebytes Anti-Malware' to protect my PC. Formatted my hard drive last month as a result of Ramnit virus. Now...similar problem.
