But I believe there's shaping. I do experience that from time to time, especially when doing heavy downloading. I don't download 24x7 though. Once in few weeks But can see the speed will increase at some time and sometimes just won't go up no matter what I do That applies to p2p only though. Youtube or anything no affected.
However, I do experience slow down too... Youtube won't buffer as smooth as before, like what "Angel of Deth" said, it's less responsive. I need to check what's wrong on my side before saying anything further.

Edit: Oh... Confirm no quota though... Me alone downloaded >60GB, total >80GB(including upload) in May. No slowdown whatever. Since the first month of installation, I alone always exceed the quota (60GB) given. If take into account all my housemates... I believe it's near to 300GB per month. Some of them don't know download what, forever downloading

Ya... My 841ND also can't handle them well. I'm using two routers, one stock d-link dir615 one 841ND. 841ND as the main, dialer etc while D-link just as another AP and use as print server. Sometimes they fail to connect to 841ND then I let them connect to d-link

The problem normally comes with wifi. If you got spare router, connect them just use as access point. let them handle wifi. Connect LAN to LAN (from router 1 LAN to router 2 LAN), disable DHCP in router 2(the one you use just as access point) then you can just configure the wifi as another SSID, something like that.

I don't think you can do that from d-link side unless you flash with custom firmware with repeater function. I think you can try WDS function on 1043ND. Use it to connect to D-link's wifi. I think that will bridge them up. Again, you try, I never try before. I only know such feature exists

Normally the extra charges happened due to anything 'extra'. Normally, extra fibre optics(refer first page for given length, any length extra will be charged accordingly). Besides that, if you requested for special wiring or laying the cable in any sort of casing or over the ceiling. But RM600 sounds to be a lot too much. Discuss with the contractor. If you think it's unreasonable, call up TM and reflect this to them see what explanation they give you. However, bear in mind... If you refused to install, another appointment made will cost you a bomb too. Forget is Rm250 or Rm300

Possible. Because flat/apartment/condo (with exceptions) where amount of unit is huge, they will consider implementing VDSL2 system instead of FTTH (fibre to the house/home). If it's FTTH, is your area is covered, confirm you can install but VDSL depends on whether your condo/aparment is already hooked to TM backbone and the infrastructure within the building. If these aren't ready, you can't do anything.

Now at hometown, streamyx 1M, used to be very smooth... Last time stream 480p silky smooth now 360p also struggling...

Mine is VDSL2, maybe is new system, Less than 2 years old. Maybe that matters? As copper line do degrade over time (nowadays copper wire all low quality ).
The speedtest on the left is tested with chrome. It tends to add a lot of ping to the speedtest while on the right is tested with IE. Few months apart from each test.

Landed property through FTTH should get even better ping. 1ms perhaps

How am I going to stop One PPS watcher, Two BT Full Timer, One BT Part Timer, One BT Part Timer but Part Time once is a lot, One Youtube Part Timer, One Malaysia Kini-er (who always watch news and maybe some video) from exceeding 60GB quota? I got no idea at all! Any sifu can teach me some skills in this?

If the quota exceeded, And the speed is really F**KING SLOW, I got on choice but to resort to DiGi data plan on my phone
