bro rattan, is it worth to upgrade unifi? have to choose between astro/unifi........ choose both cant woo

It depends. Both different category. Astro is entertainment/broadcasting. Unifi is internet/HSBB. I cant give you an answer.

Im just wondering why suddenly there is one one time charges of RM10 in my bill? Been using it for many months with no such charges.

What does it mean if the optical light is red? Just installed two days ago. Unifibiz 20.

BUt check through unifi coverage system, no data found.. WTF

That's not TM officials, those are 3rd party agents..

sometimes ure area is written as something else.

like example my friends how desa ros kajang jalan desa ros

is under kampung sg kantan kajang.
the tm fellas was like looking around that area trying to find the house, told them later kat bandar just ignore the address.

so always look at the jalan.

then they came to install and found the unifi box they suppose to put was like 20 poles away and there was one just infront the house.

That one means your line is dead. If the light is still red after restarting the BTU, you hv to call TM CS, they will send their technician to rectify the issue.

Just get my last minute free 3 month Unifi upgrade from 5mbps to 20 mbps....Thank you very much, rattan!!

Asking me about any interruption and when I mentioned it, then told me to upgrade to VIP10.
With a straight face.

What a guy.

So this is how you do business?
Crappy VIP5...then ask me to upgrade for better service.

I'm using 'Malwarebytes Anti-Malware' to protect my PC.
Formatted my hard drive last month as a result of Ramnit virus.

Now...similar problem.

virus & malware nih everybody got same problem. P2P is the main suspect. Try Peerblock 1.1 to detect ip yg transmit malicious malware/spyware.Normally org yg buat benda ni is anti-p2p.It's not a 100% solution cos the net is evolving every seconds. drop the tp-link/d-link, get more security feature all in 1 router and reformat pc( this month 1 reformat pc 3 times hahaha...hampehnyer torrent.That's what i do, that's my opinion la
