My router and modem is upstairs
I got very poor signal downstairs, sometimes cant even connect. My old streamyx 1mb is even better.

So how can i solve this? Pay much more but get crappy wireless signal

Any tips on what to do during a thuderstorm? I asked them when they were installing my Unifi and they said optical fibre carries no electrical signal and it should not be a problem?  

I am just concerned as quite a number of times in the past with my Streamyx, my surge protector had to be replaced a few times due to lightning (which means lightning did strike and the protector worked). Since then, during thunderstorm I always remove my phone wire from my modem. But what about Unifi? If power outage I have a UPS running that can last for about 5 minutes, just in time for me to turn everything off.

Sarawak already roll out. Just a small part of it. I think some part in kuching already got. Heard my mum said my aunty said her friend installed Unifi, got some area got (Seriously, I don't believe, maybe they misinterpret something else as unifi...) Anyway, it's coming soon, 1~2 more years and it should roll out in many places in sarawak.

How do you register for OCC.UNIFI.MY ? I entered the Customer Name and it keeps rebounding with "Please provide the correct Customer Name".

Rattan, let say my cycling billing date is 10th every month, if i upgrade my Unifi package through OCC, the new package would be implemented next month bill or this month?

Tried edi. After I restart the speed went back to like around 18mbps, but after 10 mins it becomes very slow again. Or maybe first day problem?

Hi all, just installed vip5, no complain with the speed @5.5mbps, download torrent 550kbps. But hapytv only can see the preview, always stuck at downloading config file. According to the technician, hapytv server down. Im in prai area, anybody can confirm? Been whole day.

today the speed quite ok dy. At least around 15mbps, but when i download torrent then it goes back to like 5mbps and my torrent download speed is around 600kb/sec only for vip20. Should have been near to 2mb/sec if i am not wrong

Done it millions of times. Getting very random ping spikes and in most cases disconnections. No complaints from any other Unifi user here, so TM guys coming over tomorrow to see what's the problem.

It's doing better today though. At least I can surf.. yesterday I couldn't even access any page.
