I'm guessing your in a similar position with my uncle previously. Company "forcing" you to buy a car that projects "appropriate" image of senior management. Company to subsidise RM100k.
If this is the case, then image is a prime factor. So go buy 2nd hand Merc, C200 or something along that line.

Ok, so you're looking at these properties; 1. Image - premium or continentals, classy not sporty 2. Specs - lotsa gadgets and creature comforts 3. Space - decent for family (D-segment) 4. Performance - new tech with decent power 5. Resale value not as important because company partly sponsor cost
Based on the above; 1. Passat -less gadget but great value overall 2. Citroen C5 -the magic carpet

TS already say dowan sporty image. He also dowan the best performance. It's like telling someone who likes Merc to buy a Bimmer.
TS should test drive the C5. Feel yourself if the reputed peerless ride quality really suits you. And then only continue here so that discussion can be more meaningful. Oh, C5 also have interior like spaceship.
