QUOTE(davidke20 @ Mar 30 2012, 07:09 AM) Don't forget the loan process time / stock preparation / administration / registration time. To spot on an ideal plate number without "BUYING" it is almost impossible. I heard people say every English character change takes about 20~22days averagely. So, here we go: Yes thank you!Current N P,Q,E,R,S,T,U,V = 8 characters So, it should be around 160 days time it will hit WWW. However, not only 1 sohigh want to get the WWW plate desperately. So, by that time those buggers will be rushing in to buy a FLX just like you do. By the time of U - around 140 days from now, you should start to monitor the progress closely. May be can go booking, start to apply loan 1st and ask your salesmen how to go about it by that time. Hope this help, Dave |

QUOTE(dares @ Apr 7 2012, 09:47 PM) Yes your SA can handle for you via a runner. If you didn't pay to choose number, they will get you a number without the number "4" (if you are chinese), if you pay RM200, you get to select a few numbers and they will try to get one of it for you. For extra special numbers eg. 8888, 9999, 6666, you will need to tender your bid. Alrite thanks..Ask your SA lah. |

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Apr 15 2012, 02:12 PM) ya. with you. I'm planning to get 5mil only.. Why did you suggest to get 6mil and above..?spend more and invest in security films for the side windows. make sure the side tint thickness is 6mil and above. Btw my workplace full of dust and sand. Will 6mil save the windows from getting small crack..? Added on April 15, 2012, 6:24 pm QUOTE(dares @ Apr 14 2012, 04:13 PM) These information can simply be googled, like the one below: http://blog.saimatkong.com/index.php/2009/...tion-checklist/ That's why you don't see many car threads hosting vehicle checklist because it is so easy to find one online. If you're looking for something specific to the Saga, then just check Whether the bootlid can close properly Each door can close and open easily if you can, test drive to see if there are any rattles and unusual sound. If found something not right cannot change the car right? I've read Saga got CVT prob that cause engine sudden turn off during 150km/hr.. This post has been edited by mieza: Apr 15 2012, 06:24 PM |

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Apr 15 2012, 06:42 PM) Our car side windows are made out of tempered glass. it was designed to be shattered into million of squarish pieces the moment it cracks to prevent serious injuries. However, the downside is it favors the smash-and-grab thiefs because of this. If you have a 6mil tint in place, the glass will still shatter, but it will still held by the tint and if you get the really good ones like Llumar and 3M, it will impossible for the whole window to cave into the cabin. Like that, you only lose a few bucks to replace back the windows instead of whatever valuebles you have in your handbag/bag at that time. Which mean 6mil tint cannot stand with stone chip marks Dust and sand it the least of your concern. My rear windows has a few stone chip marks and yet it is still holding well. You should focus more on snatch thief prevention especially when you're a female driver. I've lost count on how many times I've hit 150kmh but my engine never died off. Btw regarding to cvt prob maybe it just a isolated incident like bro dares said.. |

QUOTE(trent666 @ Apr 17 2012, 02:14 AM) First Service Experience Why cannot bring our own engine oil..???Model: CVT 1.3 Location: Carworld, Old Klang Rd, Authorised SC Damage - RM127.80 Engine Oil - Petronas Filter XXX? Observations: 1. The mechanic left a laptop in my car. That is when I realised there is some sort of a jack under the steering wheel which allows them to connect the computer. 2. Prior to the service, the car does not emit a beep when locking or unlocking the doors. Now it does. 3. The "free" three services basically means they won't charge labour - RM40. 4. I was not given the balance of my engine oil. 5. I was told I am not allowed to bring my own engine oil. --- Question: 1. Why do they need to jack a computer to my vehicle? 2. Did you guys experience the same for Observation No. 2? 3. Can you recommend me a place that allows for Observation No. 4 and No. 5? Thank you. |

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Apr 17 2012, 07:13 PM) Thats the leftover, you want a not. I purposely buy more one in case you're interested. If not, then i just figure out a way to finish it up by sticking the whole car (A, B and C pillar, flooring, firewall) wah i'm interested too.. got extra rubber for me since I miss the bulk order..? hehe..Why cannot bring own oil? Because some dealer wants higher profit and therefore restrict the practice of bringing own oil to service. Depending on the volume, some dealership earns up to 30% of profit margin for every bottle of petronas syntium. Added on April 17, 2012, 7:35 pmI prefer eneos compare to petronas This post has been edited by mieza: Apr 17 2012, 07:35 PM |
