No rasa is over exaggerated la, tongue.gif

Actually the car will stop, but need alot of time and distance, and it will not dead lock like front brake.

Last time my dad's car rear drum leakage, without drum brake also can stop the car just by using front brake, and can't feel huge different except the pedal is deeper...
*
Most brake force during drive (70% I read?) is produced by the front disc brake. Unless you reverse at 80kph, then you'll be in trouble with rear drumbrakes.

I saw someone post (MR_alien, IINM) that one of his drumbrakes is in perfect condition because it never worked laugh.gif .

Eric is godlike ma. He like trees.

I know wat 'coolkwc' mean. Is just tat i complaining my brake not tat strong enough.  rclxub.gif

Brakes don't always immediately lock when your press it all the way, the friction between the brake pad and the disc have to overcome the momentum of the wheel first then only it will lock. This means that the wheel must slow down enough then only your brakes will lock. If you brake hard for a fraction of a second, it might not be enough to completely overcome the momentum, that's why it will not lock.

It is easier to lock on the wet road simply because on a dry road, it takes less energy for the tire to roll than to skid, that translates to less momentum loss on the wheel, hence harder to lock the wheel. On a wet road, there is no difference in between rolling and skidding, both will result in the same rate of momentum loss, hence the wheels will lock easier.

Pls ignore if too confusing laugh.gif

3) Your both hands + feets are meant to be full operation on your driving. That's why u will kena 3man if caught talking on the phone whilst dribing. Never assume u can control your car with 1 hand/1 leg less. Most common accident happened when driber trying to adjust their seat when reversing the car, tot veli fast gao dim. When the leg they use to support their body slipped, either another feet automatically release clutch or accidently slam on the accelerator! Either way, you're f*cked big time!
*
Driving auto how to use 2 legs, unless you are V12k icon_question.gif

I kena before trying to adjust seat while the car was moving. The car was accelerating very slowly with my feet on the gas pedal, and I wanted to slide my seat forward just slightly by pulling on the steering wheel.

Mana tau the moment I pull the slide lever the seat immediately slide backwards because the car was accelerating forward, furthermore my hand that was pulling on the steering pulled the wheel to one side, causing the car to suddely turn.

Luckily I quickly slide down the seat and press the brakes, narrowly avoiding a disaster.

That was many many years ago sweat.gif

Saman is irrelevant. The other party who is at fault probably get off without any summon. There's a lot of car towing operators eyeing at poor ppl who involve in accident. There will approach party at fault and offer to fixed your car and ensure you will not get any saman.
